Casper Glass is a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of unique, hand-made gifts and wine accessories made from scrap glass usually tumbled into sea glass.  Once-a-window, most products are made from glass scrap collected from window distributors since true recycling isn’t an option in the area.  We’re also fans of empty wine bottles and paper made from junk mail!
